Numerous noise disturbances from street-facing rooms!!! Lack of basic bathroom utilities like shower caps and additional shelving!!! Outdated decor and inadequate cleaning services could greatly diminish one’s comfort and enjoyment!!!

We had a great time exploring Bern, and the hotel was conveniently located across from the train station, making it easy to jump on public transport. The kids loved visiting the BSC Young Boys game nearby, and we appreciated the spacious rooms for our family.

My wife says that the heating was only adjustable by opening windows.

The Triple Room was surprisingly quiet, even though it faced the busy street. Loved the spaciousness of the room and having an electric kettle was a nice touch. The bedding was comfortable, making it easy to relax after a day of exploring. Only downside was the pillows could have been better for support, but overall, it worked for us.

The staff were exceptional and helpful. gave us free passes for public transport. perfect location near the old town yet surprisingly quiet.
